Why the studio built Comeback
A return does not have to end in a refund. When a buyer starts a return in their Shopify customer account, Comeback shows the swap first: another size or colour, another product, or store credit. The refund stays available as the last option.
Merchants see every request in one queue, and Shopify itself carries out the exchange, the store credit or the refund. For stores that sell into the EU, Comeback adds an EU withdrawal button that also works for guest orders, free on every plan.
Comeback was submitted to the Shopify App Store on 1 October 2026. Installs open when Shopify approves it; until then, the Comeback site has the film, pricing and early access.
